Stocking 125 with small fish only- how many?

I'm currently in the process of re-building my 125 gallon reef. I'm cooking my rock and starting over. When my rock is ready and it's time to restock, I am going to only use small fish, probably none larger than 4-5 inches, and most will be smaller than that. How many of these smaller fish can I reasonably keep in such a tank? I have an ASM G2 skimmer, 30 gallon sump, and lots of liverock (not sure of poundage, it came with the tank in a package deal). Thanks in advance for any advice!

I have 26 fish in my 100g - no problems. My tank is predominantly LPS - some montiporas & oxyporas no acroporas though

Wow 26 fish. I have 3 fish in my 90 gallon.

1 Purple Tang
1 Blue Chromie
1 Clarkie Clown

I had 5 but my green carpet and coral banded clamied my gold headed skeeper goby and my midas blenny as victims. I am taking the carpet anenome, coral banded shrimp, and my clarkie clown back to the LFS.
