Stocking a 55g. Need input.

So my buddy has set up a 55g FOWLR tank. Filtration is a bakpak2 skimmer, about 30 pounds LR, as well as a filter, not sure which one. Currently he just has a pair of ocellaris clowns. The big question is would a Niger Trigger be a good choice for his tank? I know they can get pretty big and that triggers are normally aggressive. Though I know Nigers are supposed to be less aggressive than some and a lot of people have no problem having them with other fish, even in reefs. Also, is this too much of a bioload?

Stocking plan in order:
Pair of ocellaris
6-line wrasse
2 scissortail dartfish
Niger Trigger

A Niger is not suited to a tank that size. They grow large, are quite active and can be aggressive once they mature and put size on. The other fish on the list look fine. Maybe consider a dwarf angel and perhaps a watchman goby or midas blenny. Those fish could be kept for the long haul in a 55 and you'd have lots of color and activity.

+1 The idea that the cute little Niger & Huma triggers at every LFS are good small-tank community fish seems to be growing. They are real, live, aggressive triggers and need room. My 9" Niger will eat a 2-3' fish without hesitation.
BTW, Jerry, is the pic in the avatar you?, your son? Whoever it is...Thanks!

Agree fully on the triggers.
The pic is my son. He is in his second year of active duty.

that is what I thought and also told him. Of course the LFS was trying to make a sale. I told him that the store was probably downplaying the aggressiveness of the fish. Thanks for the input!
