Stocking for a biocube 29

This is not for me but my sister. This is teh stock list she wants
2 black and white percs
1 pygmy angel
3 green chromis.
Would this work out allright? To much of a bioload. Let me know.
Could she add anything else.
If the chromis don't work out what other coll fish could she add?

i would do something other than the angel they are kinds aggressive and i think pick on corals some maybe like a gobie or something but u should be ok do u or she have a protien skimmer?
