Almost as important as the feedings is putting the Anthias in with the right tank mates. Dispars are very peaceful and would do well to be kept with more peaceful neighbors I think. Tomato clowns and other damsels can be rather belligerent towards them. Granted you have 6 ft of space but I think the more ornery Bartletts and Lyretails would be a better match for tangs and damsels then the Dispars. Especially if the Anthias are being added last.
Anthias do love to eat and if they acclimate well, the easier to care for species will eat most anything. I would also say having a fuge supply the water column in the display with live treats consistently will help you keep them happier and cut down your needed feedings. Good luck.
