Stocking issues in a 210

I have a small female Lamarck Angel that decided it likes to eat wellso's and orange sea stars, so she's coming out this weekend. My large blue hippo won't leave my purple tang alone either, so out he goes as well. This will leave my tank relatively sparse in fish population. He is my current stocking list:

Copperband Butterfly
Purple Tang
Swissguard basslet
spawning pair of orchid dottybacks
young pair ocellaris clowns
young pair of orange skunk clowns
large engineer goby
green clown goby
3 lyretail anthias

I was thinking of adding some more anthias. I have also been eyeing a pair of Bellus angels, but nervous about them after my bad Lamarck experience.

Interested in ideas/suggestions you guys may have

You should go for the anthias if you like those, and go for the bellus also if you like those you won't regret it. Don't be nervous about it. What is your feeding schedule like honestly, because there is no reason your lamarck angel should even being eying those animals.

2-3 cubes of thawed & rinsed PE Mysis 1x daily and nori 2-3x per week

That is not adequate; I can see why genicanthus, which are normally reef safe, will look at other food possibilities. If you are thinking anthias, think feeding three or more times daily.

OK...what would be more adequate? 2-3 cubes 3x daily?

Yeah feed more. Nori everyday although that isn't really Genicanthus's main diet they will probably eat it. Feed frozen more, and if your fish like pellets an easy way to up the feeding is an automatic feeder, because many people work and can't feed every few hours.
