Stocking List Review

I am planning the stocking list for my 150g 6ft tank while it is under quarantine... I am shooting for a moderate at most stocking level since this is a SPS tank, and I am not sold on the ones that have question marks and would appreciate suggestions (although no Anthias, I feed the tank once daily). My main concern is that the two tangs will fight. If they are quarantined and then added at the same time, should they be OK?

Mimic Lemon Peel Tang
Midas Blenny or Red Hawkfish or ???
Scott's Fairy Wrasse or Red Lined Wrasse or ???

Currently in quarantine to be returned to the 150
Yellow Belly Hamlet
Indigo Hamlet
Pink Spotted Goby
Pair clownfish
Marine Betta

Another question, if I add a large cleaner shrimp before putting the fish back, do you think it will not get eaten? Sigh, why are the fish I really like reef safe with caution, i.e. inverts at risk?!?

The tangs will be fine if QTed together and added at the same time. The cleaner shrimp will be fine until the marine betta has a mouth big enough to swallow it
