Storytime again for us fish nerds... Southern Japan and Guam dive/fish trip 2012 :)

Amazing setup! Definitely designed for convenience, well planned and beautifully executed. I can't wait to see these tanks fully stocked. Thank you so much for sharing :)

John,

Looking killer!
Great to be able to slide lights out of the way to work on or in the tank.
Can't wait to see it stocked!

Thank you all so much... I cannot put into words the pleasure it is to share this with you guys... who understand my passion!

TRULY SPECTACULAR!!!!

You are AMAZING!

Karen!!! Me? YOU are amazing... I wish I focused my passion to produce progress in this hobby as much as you have. I was inspired by so many reefs and reefers around the world as a child, and I hope to inspire and motivate as I have been through the years... many of us here in this forum are pushing limits of the life we could keep in our glass boxes and are at the tip of the spear of progress in this hobby... you, Karen, are right at the point... and you have a blue thumb like no one else! That tiny island of Oahu has so many of the people I respect so greatly, including you, Frank, Rich, Bruce, and of course the grandfather of them all Jack! The anemone tank will feature your CB latz that has been paired with my wild latz for a few years now! I hope they prefer gigantean over their BTAs they're in now... :) And I'll soon be ready for Genichic, the first CB watanabei ever!:celeb3:

John what a great system. Thanks for sharing. In the next ten years i'll be doing something similar. This is just really inspiring and made my wife and I's morning reading through and looking at pictures.

I gotta start mapping out my fish room and system!

WOW, amazing thread and very very impressive new system!! Literally blew my mind. What is the upkeep going to be like for a massive multi system like that in your house?

UHHHHMMM...you need to be charging admission for that setup. Absolutely unbelievable at the hobbyist scale. Good luck its going to be AWESOME!

Thanks John for sharing your tanks that they are the fruit of your great experience and knowledge of reef creatures! It is very inspiring and helpfull for us!
Thank again John :spin2::spin2::spin2::spin3::spin3::bounce2::bounce2:

I'm afraid to ask but what is the total number of gallons in all of your aquariums? I am in awe John!! Can we (RC members) have a sleep over someday?:)

John,

Looks like you've made a ton of progress over the last few months. I'm tired just thinking about the amount of work you guys have done. Looking great!

John - Awesome new set ups, can't wait to see them fully stocked!

What type of whole home generator have you incorporated into the system? I couldn't imagine keeping such a system like that without the piece of mind of a generator that can handle it if you lose electricity...
