Strange, any ideas need advise asap

I was getting ready for work today and notice when I turned on my lights that one of my clownfish's lips were like swollen (like Angelina Jolie) and her stomach is huge with her bottom fins tucked in and some white stuff pertruding out. Doesn't look like she is pooping, think she might be laying eggs? I hope she is not sick or anything. Need advise asap before I leave for work.

I don't know what's going on but she's definitely not laying eggs.
How long have you had the fish? You might have to deal with this after work- she doesn't sound healthy.

I have had the fish for 6 months. Nothing new has been added or has changed recently. about 1 month ago I bought a frogspawn that the clownfish made home in less than 2 hours. The fish is eating and seems active but doesn't look good. My parameters are ph 8.2, 0 amm, 0 trite, 10 trate, salinity 1.025
