strange bumps on my tomato clown

hiya!
I have a tomato clown fish pair and I have noticed that the female has these white bumps that are protruding on her body right above her dorsal fin.

I do not know what they are or where they came from.

She is eating and swimming well and is aggressive as ever can someone please tell me what this is and how to treat it.
