Strange growth on Coral Beauty

It is a growth of about 1/16" above it's mouth. Actually looks like a pimple. It is actually protruding out from it's face. I tried doing a search on here but could not find anything.
I have only had it a couple of days. It is not eating but grazing on the rocks. Also it hides out most of the time. I have tried frozen mysis, spirulina enriched brine, flakes and new life spectrum pellets. Not taking any of it, that I have noticed.
Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Its hard without a picture. But it could be lymphnosis..(sp) not sure if that is the proper spelling.....
