HEy. I have some floridean shaving brush plants in my tank. They are slowly dieing, which isn't surprising considering my 18watt NO lights (the sprouts are surviving and growing fast though). I just noticed this strange worm on one of the shaving brushes, small and near clear, but speckled. Has a head with small feather tentacles surrounding a mouth. Seems to be mobile. I believe it may be snacking on the shaving brushes, because i am finding they look like they are being chewed on on the sides, and I pulled some orange gunk out of one of the holes the other day (It may have even been a worm. I found it as I was in the process of moving the tank downstairs and sucked it up and threw it out w/o a second thought). This may also be a filter feeder based on its feathery tentacles. I tried to suck it out with a turkey baster, but it was a no-go and i don't wanna hurt it unless I'm sure it is hurting something else.
I used a photo editing program (GIMP) on this picture to make it look a little better and circle the worms head
