Well, we've all had hitch hikers, some more interesting than others. So, I thought I'd start a topic on the most interesting hitch hikers ever. Feel free to chime in and tell your stories. If possible, leave a pic. I'll start.
Mine aren't that great, but I only have one tank, so there couldn't be that much anyway. First are the feather dusters. I have a colony of star polyps which I put in the front of the tank and partially fell over and was leaning on the glass. THe polyps against the glass closed, and I think the tubes they come out of were empty. They have since grown a half an inch onto the rock, so no worries about that. However, I've recently noticed small feather dusters taking residence in the vacant tubes. It's really cool.
Then there's the slug. I noticed it near those same polyps. It has no shell, and seems to move like any other snail, eating algae off the glass.
