Stream 6000 dead in the water... no pun intended

Roger,

I purchased a Stream 6000 from Marine Depot July 28th 2005. It has been working great until this last week when it, without warning, died . The transformer and power supply became very hot so I unplugged the unit.

I live in Canada, but purchased it while on vacation with my family. I have the receipt from Marine Depot.

Can you give me some options?

It needs to come in for repair, repair would be free but you would have to pay shipping both ways. The other option is perhaps we could ship it to MD and they could ship it back to you with an order. You could also send it to Tunze Canada but would have to pay a labor charge.

I can FEDEX it to you and supply you with the account # to send it back. Can you give me a phone # for the fedex waybill as they require that information.
