Stream 6000 humming loudly and vibrating

i had two 6000's for about a week. one of them has just started making an annoying buzzing sound whenever it is pumping. it also seems to be vibrating unusually. the other pump is quiet and does not vibrate. any clue as to what could be causing the problem? it's brand new. is it deffective?

It would be a simple mechanical issue and not anything electrical that would cause that. Main causes are:

A) Algae or debris on propeller
B) Bush bearing slipped forward, push it in
C) Air in the pump, lower it and give it time or insert prop assembly under water.
