Stream 6065

6065 is 2 months ago, i took it out to clean and it now it longer pushes water out, but i can still hear it turning. I think the propeller might have chipped off but im not sure. Any suggestions? Thx.

I would disassemble the pump and check if something is broken. If the motor runs the drive unit is the only possibility. The drive unit could be stuck to the shaft or the propeller could be broken. The disk could also be missing and this may cause it to spin backwards.

K, so there is water coming out now but it is no longer as strong as it was before or on my other 6065. I looked at the propellor and the tips that bend up are gone. I think i remember my other 6065 had the tips. Now im scared to clean the other one. I think i need a new propellor part. when i took it out to clean i had a really tough time snapping it back together, and that might of broke it off. Can i order that part from you?

Snapping it together? You mean the cover or did you remove the propeller? Please check that the front cover isn't damaged. The prop hits a cross in the center if it spins backwards. It is the cross hatch at the end of the nozzle, in the back this has a curved flange to stop the drive unit if it goes backwards. It sounds like these parts may have hit hard.

When i say snap i mean putting the front cover onto the back cover/pump, the propellor goes in smoothly. I checked the front cover, it appears to be fine.
