Stream 6080

Just acquired 2 6080's from a member of my local reef club. Want to use them on the 120 gallon (4x2x2) sps and clam tank I'm building. I would like to use a dsb in the tank also. Will these blow my dsb all over the place? Total water turnover is going to be close to 50x/hour if I max out my return pump, or 40-45x/hour if I scale my return pump back. I understand the controllable pumps would be better, but I got a great deal on the 6080's.

It will depend a great deal on placement and sand size. With sugar sand it will probably be a problem regardless. You really just have to try it.
