I've had this tank raised, snowflake clownfish in QT for the last 25 days. He is actually scheduled to be transferred to the DT on Sunday. He eats well and is very active. Until today, I haven't seen anything unusual about him at all.
I noticed that he has what could be called stringy poop. Is this a parasite infection? Would it really take 25 days to manifest itself?
To be honest I've never really paid attention to what fish poop is supposed to look like and the pictures I've found by Googling "Stringy Poop" seem very extreme.
Any thoughts?
My concern is that I don't want him to start turning into a female in the QT because I already have a female in the DT. Every day I keep him down there, the more of a change I have of him beginning to turn.
