Strong Sealant

Does anyone know of a really strong sealant for acrylic. I cracked my skimmer awhile back and I used weldon 16 but I still have some leaks. I tried silicon and it's just not cutting it. I'm getting frustrated and really want this to work.... Anybody have any suggestions? I'm all ears. Thanks

Did you put the silicone on the inside or outside? Usually if you out it on the inside the water pressure will help keep it from leaking.

If you tried it on the inside and it didn't work, i found some two part epoxy made for plastic at HD. It's in a purple and clear tube and worked perfectly when i had to seal a plexi tank that had busted a seam. I found it on an endcap in the adhesive section.

I'd check out something from Tap Plastics...they must have something that will work.

I decided tonight that I was just going to build one and not deal with the huge ol' crack.
