Stubborn sixline wrasse

So about 2 weeks ago I had an outbreak of ich that kille my pair of black ice clowns and my yellow eyed kole the only fish the survived was my sixline wrasse. Since then I've set up a qt but the problem is I'm not able to catch the sucker. I've tried the bottle method and no luck does anyone have a trap they're willing to sale or at least directions to make one? I'd really appriciate it

Drain the tank saving the water until you have little left in the tank; catching becomes easy. But I suspect you are dealing with velvet or brook not ich.

In that case, based solely on time line, velvet is the more likely problem.

Oh okay... So I guess you treat it the same way? My sixline has not shown any outbreaks at all. It's just very strange to me.
