Stung badly by tiny anemone

I have these tiny anemones called Thalassianthus Aster on some rock. One detached during a tank redo and got stuck to my pinky. I didn't feel anything and put it back onto the rock to attach. Normally they don't move but there was a lot going on with moving rock and such in the tank.

About an hour later after I removed my hands from the tank my pinky finger where it was stuck starts to burn. Then it itches. I wash with soap and do a long rinse with hot water. It still hurts and itches and then the finger becomes very warm to the touch. I put on cortizone cream and a bandaid and it feels a bit better. I just removed the bandaid and it's swollen with a hard lump and very warm to the touch. I am wondering if I should be concerned. I am not in terrible pain and the pain hasn't spread beyond the area where it stung me.

Anyway here's a link to a thread I started regarding the anemone with pics:

Is there anything else I should do to treat the area where I was stung? Thanks.

The Hot water treatment is good. If your still in pain or discomfort continue with putting finger in the hottest water that you can stand. the hotter the water the better. Hot water will break down the proteins.
