Stupid Anemone Crab

Okay,
I've never seen this before but this afternoon (after I fed my 'nems) my stupid Anemone Crab managed to "climb inside" the mouth of one of my Rose Bubble Tips. He's alive, but he seems like he's stuck halfway in and halfway out of the mouth. I'm really PO'd at him right now and my Rose looks pretty unhappy.
I wish I knew how to post a pic of this and I would. Has anybdy ever experienced this and can this potentially harm my anemone??? I've considered reaching in and forcing him all the way into the mouth and turning him into a meal.
I think in retrospect, buying an anemone crab was a colossal error in judgement on my part, but live and learn I guess...

Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated!!!

i could be wrong but i dont have much experience with this issue but every 3-4 days or so my nem totally deflates to flush the water out..... eventually the nem will probably do this and the crab should have no problems getting out...

imo probably was a mistake...clowns look so cool in nems...and well, the crabs dont share lol

There is one person on Reef Central that has posted pictures of their clowns that nestle into the mouth of the anemone and just chill out there. It looks like they are being eaten but aren't... It could be the same thing that is happening with you. Give it time, this is a symbiotic relationship, things will work themselves out

Well, yesterday night I walked downstairs and shined a flaslight on the tank. The crab had removed himself from the mouth of the anemone and today the 'nem seems fine.
I still can't believe he did that, but I'll cut him a break this time!!
