S sculpin2 Member Sep 4, 2016 #1 I assume that this is an encrusting Porites. It came in as a hitchhiker on a zoa frag. Any tips on differentiating the two? It's the encrusting green guy in the center with the brown polyps that I am speaking of (to the right of the stellata). Thanks!

A aromano Member Sep 22, 2016 #3 hard to tell but I have a small polyp turbinaria that kind of looks like that. Also might it be some type of cyphastrea?
