styrofoam fish coolers...we've all got 'em

Hey guys...so Matt has that clownfish business that he is trying to make "sustainable." I really want to help him out in this effort, and in so doing have been collecting styrofoam coolers from my lab (the ones that come in boxes so you can mail them off!). He takes them, then repacks them with his fish and sends them out.

We all know that reuse is better than recycling...so I thought maybe you guys would like to help out too.

I can't get many large ones from my work, so I thought maybe you guys could offer up any foam coolers in boxes that you have laying around the house, or ones you receive from future orders. I'm only asking that you give me the ones you want to throw away, not that you give up coolers you use. So if you've got extras laying around that you know you will never ever use and the boxes are in decent shape...give them to me!!!

You can drop them off at the meeting, to my house (near where Gallaher View and Westland meet), or to my work (at UT).

At the risk of sounding like a big old hippy...I think it would be really really great if we could help Matt reuse styrofoam/cardboard, rather than throwing it into the landfill.

This would be the key phrase folks... I know a lot of shipping is done in just the styro coolers... But the ones that are fitted to the boxes are preferred... I get a lot of smaller styro coolers shipped to me with frags in them, but theres a difference between sending a few frags and some Fishboy Clowns... I've been throwing Matt all my boxes, and he's kind enough to remove my name and info from them...

Anyways...yeah I think you and I are the only ones throwing coolers/boxes Matt's way. So that's why I thought other people might also be able to help him out. No more hippy talk Randy!

I might have one large box from the snail order a year or two back. Then again, my wife may have already "recycled" it into the back of the trash truck. I'll have to check.
