Styrofoam Sheets

Does anyone know where to buy styrofoam in something like 4' x 2' sheets?

Home Depot sells pink rigid sytrofoam for insulation (I think), but it only comes in sizes that don't fit in my car and I'd like to avoid the issue of cutting in the store if I could.

I've purchased sheets of regular styrofoam in the past, but I can't remember where.

This may be a longshot but might be worth a look. There's a discount building supply warehouse on Erie blvd. If you were to take Union St all the way down to Erie then make a left. You'd drive about 1/8 of mile and spot this warehouse on your left hand side. Sorry I don't remember the name.

Craft stores have styrofoam, but I don't know about that big.

Just bring a knife to home depot and score the foam and then give it your best kung fu kick!

You know, Home Depot will cut wood to size for you on their table saw (done it many times)....don't see why they won't cut the foam.

Don't your back seats fold down ? you should be able to get a sheet of foam almost all the way in and tie the trunk down with a piece of rope.

OR, have someone with a big van or pick up deliver it ..................


OR, rent that beast of a rental flatbed truck they have for an hour and haul a silly little piece of foam to your house, then drive the truck back

OR, yeah, um, just pre-measure the foam dimentions you need, and trim it in the store, give it the ol' HIEEEEE-YAHH !" and yer done with 3 problems...

1) triming it to the tank size,
2) fitting it in the car,
3) Getting retarded a$$inine comments online from O'l Mr. Helpy Helperton"......

PS: use a brand new razorblade when you cut it, it will give a nice clean cut
