Suction Cups?

I have soaked, scrubed and cleaned my MaxiJet Suction cups as much as I think I can. Does anyone know of any LFS that sell MaxiJet or equivalent suction cups?

TIA

Ralph

Trash the suction cups and get a Twister magnet, and use silicone (if memory serves me correctly) to attach the hanging MaxiJet bracket to it permanently.

You can then position the magnets anywhere you want to easily.

I found them on line here .

That is a cheaper solution...

You wouldn't have to remove and clean those magnets like you have to with the suction cups. I can understand that you can replace the suction cups 10 times to one magnet set, but in all honesty, I'm ordering two magnets myself. That just looks too cool to not buy!

PetsWarehouse carries them according to their website and they were cheaper.

I still kind of like the suction cups. I can put them anywhere I want and there is nothing on the outside of the tank.

But, that is my opinion and I have been known to be wrong, just ask my wife...

I got tired pretty quickly of the suction cups failing, and finding the powerheads laying on the bottom of the tank creating a real nice looking sandstorm throughout the tank.

But, hey... that's just my preference ;)

That is a good point...
