So I am about build a sump for a 90 gallon cube and have been bouncing around some designs for the sump.
This design has a full siphon chamber which overflows into a chamber that has a removable filter sock plate, then goes under to a settling chamber for any larger particles to be vacuumed out occasionally. Then overflows into the skimmer section through a bubble trap into the return chamber. I have a separate refuge.
The drawing shows the above much better than I can explain.
Thoughts?
