Ok trying to upgrade my sump light which is best.
Par 30 ,580 lumans, 3k, 12 watts, $37.97 ambient light
Par 20, 350 lumans ,3k ,8 watts, $19.97 bright white
Par 38, 1300 lumans, 3k, 24 watts, $39.97 bright white
Par 38 ,600 lumans,3k, 16 watts, $37.97ambient ligh

I would look up reviews on the bulbs and see how long each one should last and base it on that... What it really comes down to is how long they last, and how big the light needs to be for your sump. How big is the area in your sump that you need light for?

Par 38, 1300 lumans, 3k, 24 watts, $39.97 bright white

^^^ if you have a lot of area to light I would go with that one.
Don't get the ambient light, all that means is that its diffused all over the place, and it wont be as "bright" for the plants.
For the price I would get that one, but if you think that's gunna be too big/too much light, go with the:

Par 20, 350 lumans ,3k ,8 watts, $19.97 bright white

If you want something in the middle, find one with higher wattage and more lumens that isn't ambient light.

Ok thanks ill look I wasn't sure about the ambiant and bright the ambiant u can see the individual leds where the bright u can't but that's y I asked the question

What kind of bulbs are those and where can i buy them? I am setting up a sump on my new 60 cube. The sump/refug isn't that big. The sump is only 21 gallons. Any suggestions? I will be growing cheato as well.

I just grabbed a 5k LED from home depot. I have had it for a couple of months and the chaeto grows enough that I need to Throw out lots and all of my mangrove pods have rooted & have leaves. Algae and mangroves do not seem to be as picky about light as the corals. If you like I can look at the model but it was the only one I could get with the kelvin.
