Sump pump recomendations?

Hi all,

16gal main tank on the main floor with a 15gal sump in the basement. This is a shroom only tank and I will have a closed loop for additional water movement.

I would like approximetly 80 gph through the sump. Based upon the sump location relative to the tank I have approx. 10 feet of head pressure. What would be your best pump recommendations? Mag. 7 maybe?

Any heat issues with the mag pumps running at this high head pressure?
