No leaks? PM sent

Ok got the sump from teog (above picture) the only thing I'm going to do is move the baffles from the right to about 10" to the left to put my skimmer in there. Thinking about using a mag 12 for return pump with SCWD. for the overflow a CPR with the aqualifter pump, should I use a 1" Single bulkhead 800 gph or a 1" double bulkhead 1200 gph? what you guys think

with a mag 12 go with the double, I have a single and its not handling a mag 9.5 currently, just tried it out today.

External pumps are fantastic, you would need to get the sump drilled and I would suggest putting a ball valve on both sides so you can take out the external easily in case anything were to happen, but externals create less heat, use less energy, tend to be quieter so I would definately go with it but with a 125 tank I would make sure it does at least 1000gph preferably closer to 1500+

I have used panworld pumps and find them to be too noisy for my living room. jmo

I used a mag with that sump application and it worked flawlessly. People say that mags put to much heat into a tank, and that may be so with smaller tanks. After running a mag24 for two years and finally going to a Dart pump my tank temp did NOT change. But to each there own :)

I am using the pan world pump that puts out 1900 gph and I think its a little on the low side of water out put. I am thinking about buying the dart 3600 gph on the tank now.

I just finished my sump also today, I copied Sea in the Citys sumps and it works perfect. I love it.

Ok. Im going to give it a month or so before I deside if im changing or not. The only reason why i didnt order the pump this weekend is i just 200 bucks on getting this pump going and the sump. so I didnt want to buy all new plumbing. lol
