my sump its getting all green and with brown alge its that good or bad and if the sump its like that my main display tank could get with green alge or brown alge or it will stay in the sump

It could eventually spread, but if it were me I'd add a small clean-up crew. For a 55G sump, I'd say maybe five or ten turbos.

there is small worms in there to cuz my display tank its getting all green how do i get that out

The worms are normal, part of the whole "fuge" thing. Most likely they're bristleworms, and they eat fish poop. Always good. Not sure why your tank is getting green unless it's film algae on the glass.
