So, On my frag tank, I have my osmolators magnet mount as high as possible, but it puts the water level under the trim. Not very pleasing to the eye. Any ideas on mounts to fix this that aren't to ugly?

Unfortunately, I don't, the old rails left more space than the magnets do. I think the best solutions would be to accept it, or add a wrap of melamine laminate below the trim line, they sell some self adhesive ones and they are fairly easy to work with other than being extremely brittle before adhered.
