Does anybody know who breeds the clownfish that Petco sells?

I understand the wholesaler is Seaquest however I am looking for the name of the breeder.

C-Quest isn't a wholesaler, they are a hatchery. In fact, they are the oldest ornamental hatchery out there. I don't know whether or not they supply to Petco though.

They have been in Puerto Rico for years, but recently the hatchery has downsized and moved to Wyoming. They're pretty impressive. They began the commercial production on several types of dottybacks and gobies. They were even raising some (although I don't think commercial quatities) mandarins about 17 years ago.

Their wholesaler is Seagrest farms similar name but they carry ORA clowns, dottybacks , gobies and clams, corals at some stores

I went to our petco, just to check it out, it was tragic. I have since banded buying even dog stuff from there. The guy who runs there fish department buys his corals at our LFS and should be embarrassed. It was as bad as freshwater fish at wall-mart.

For a second I had a little respect for petco in hearing they get clowns from ORA; but on second thought I have lost all respect for ORA, I guess they are just in it for the money sad.
