Why lock the post? You never answered a single question I had correctly. You wandered off topic both here AND on the other forum?

You clearly stated that you would still do support for "NEW USERS" on this forum. I just bought the unit. I haven't hooked it up, am I not a new user?

What's with the terrible attitude as one Canadian to another I really didn't expect to feel like I'm being accosted here. I bought a new unit under the guise of the amazing support I would get and the superior quality unit. I've seen all your posts across main forums/blogs, and granted you did tend to get in a little huffy when somebody brought up an alternative method of dosing.

Why do I feel like it's pulling teeth to get some simple answers to what I believe is to light of a manual? I'm sure this unit will do everything I need and want.. but please tell me how!

(see original questions posed here)

Thank You

If you read your own thread you will note somebody took the time to actually answer your question in detail.

Nobody is accosting you we are just kindly asking you to follow our protocol in regards to obtaining service

Yes you are a new user as we stated we would offer first line support here which we duly did and then request the support is moved to the appropriate forum.

I am sorry but I am not going to offer support on RC. I have been very polite and spent a long time explaining why.

You have to hand a dedicated support service designed to support you and help others learn also. We are simply asking you to use that service. if we detract again (like we did in the past) what was the point of spending over $2000 investing in such a dedicated service. I am totally lost as why someone would take so much effort fighting against a service designed to benefit you and so many others, that is why the thread was closed, we do not wish to have argumentive posts here, our forum is not a sounding board if you have a personal issue on how things are run then email us or contact GHL directly and complain. Argumentive threads when the responder is doing their best to help will get closed to stop pointless word battles.

If you do a search on this forum you will not find a single complaint about the level of service we offer. Please take time to look for yourself for own reasurance.

I am sorry I am not going to continue this argument. if you wish us to support you, please create an account and we will assist you every step of the way until you are fully statisfied. Or please email us.

He answered 2 of the questions from the last post but nobody addressed the other 3-4 questions I posed in the first couple posts. Either way I will repost..everything again and we will see what happens.. I think at this point I already figured everything I need out on my own, and it's not going to work how I perceived it would/should work. Which is a bit of a disappointing at the price point and will require more work on my end. However I have a feeling once I get it dialed in things will work out fine.

Basically the main question I'm asking is does automatic mode take the number of dose and times it by the ml you enter, or divide it? Will 10 doses of 10ml yield 100ml a day, or will it yield 1ml a dose for a TOTAL of 10ml over the course of a day?
If it's the first then does that mean I can't do any prime numbers with automatic mode (ie no way to dose 73 ml w/automatic)

You follow?
Thanks

1) Midnite? Why up so late was Tim Hortons involved?
2) Half way you didn't say if there is away to get prime numbers in auto mode.

Thanks

ya thats' what i ended up figuring is that auto wouldn't work. So i'm going to set my doser up with 11 doses. 1-10 are for second and 3rd digit numbers 1-10 to make up 10,20,30,40... ...90,100,110, and the 11th digit will be the odd man out 1-9.

And now on to the Tim Hortons?
