I have been trying to get a reply for 2-3 weeks now. Are you on holidays? In the past, Avast have always been really prompt to respond
 
Hi,

Sorry about that, we have had a little technical trouble with our ticket system in the last month or so, but I think we have it all squared away. Can you try sending another ticket in, I don't see any open tickets in the system right now that have been there more than a day.
