Swim bladder or other?

I have a radiant wrasse in QT seemed great for the first couple days, eating very well. He is in with a scotts fairy and 2 yellow coris that are doing well. This is an established QT not one that I set up on the fly.

After a couple days he began to look hunched over a bit but still ate well and I feed my wrasses no less than 3 times a day, more if I can. I also noticed the white stringy (on him only) and began a treatment with metro. Metro is my normal qt method with wrasses since they so often come with the white stringy poo. Hunched look got worse soon after and now he generally swims head up tail down and drifts around. Sometimes close to upside down before correcting himself. He is still eating great. Almost looks normal for the couple seconds he darts around to grab mysis. But after right back to swimming normal. Also kind of looks like he's not using the rear half of his body at all. After a few treatments of metro I haven't seen any poo so idk if it worked for the tapeworm or not.

Since I noticed the swim bladder infection symptoms I began giving him a nightly bath in a high dosage of maracyn 2 and metro for 45 min.

I don't know if anyone has any other ideas to try to save this guy. They aren't easy to find around here and this is my 3rd attempt at a radiant. The first died shortly after arrival and the other arrived doa.

I also tried feeding the pea insides as well and he ate it. I've read a little about the pea's helping, but has not corrected anything thus far.

Well after doing some further research on swim bladder infections I've come across TMP sulfa powder, which sounds like what I need. Anyone have any experience with it? Can be viewed at NFP.
