swim tank

So for the time being i broke down my 125 reef set up and changed it into a swim tank. sad yes i know but at this time i won't have the time it needs. so my question is i got rid of a lot of my LR and opened the tank up as much as i could. im now thinking i don't have enough rock inside for all the fish to hide. i put a bamboo shark in the tank so that's the other reason why i want to keep as little rock in there as i could. The fish have been in the new set up for a couple of weeks and when i came home from work i noticed they have itch and was wondering if that was to do with not enough hiding places. so any thoughts would be nice to try and help me figure this out thanks.

here is a pic of the tank set up as of now.

It was probably brought on by all the changes in the tank. Watch you levels as removing all that rock could changes things quickly. I personally would add some more rock back. Make sure its cycled.

Thanks for the advice. im going to try to add a little more rock in the tank to give them so more hiding places. what do you think about adding plants? like sea grass or something along those lines.
