swimming weird

i just got 2 clowns one is ok the other is swimming kind of weird lots of up and down motions im not sure it is my first time keeping clowns is it normal for it to be swimming like that

is it swimming in the current? Sometimes my clown will go up and down in the stream from my powerheads. Is the breathing normal - not fast or labored?

i think its just curent ill try shuting off the powerheads
