Swimming Worm ID?

Caught this guy this morning swimming around in my tank. Any ideas?

Thats a reproductive "swarmer" formed by the worm which breaks off and carries its cargo up into the water currents, bursts and releases its cargo (sperm or eggs) and then dies. I have more photos and information within the worm section of my hitch hiker pages if you care to take a look.
