swing check value missing washer

Hello,

received order Invoice # 20060

swing check value is missing the black washer/gasket on one end.

also 1" bulkhead has back side screw with gaps, not flat surface, also it is white, no black....?

why?

Hi,
Sorry about the washer. We'll get the replacement out first thing tomorrow.
I called out supplier about the bulkheads. They said that for some reason 1" slip units come with these type of nuts. They assured me that it in no way affects the performance of the bulkhead.

Albert,
the gasket on the bulkhead is not the same size as the flange. It is smaller. Please send a properly sized gasket.

All our 1" bulkheads have gaskets that are a bit narrower than flange. It will in no way affect performance of the bulkhead.
