Switching tanks

So I am in the position of having to move to a much smaller house and want to get a smaller footprint tank to match. I was looking at 74g tower tank which has a 24inx24in footprint.

My only problem is figuring out how to set up the sump. Short of drilling holes in the floor to run a sump in the basement, I don't know if I can do something that will be big enough to be effective.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I would offer some thoughts-- they are a PITA to clean & surface area is not that good for the volume of water held. Just Sayin--

Trigger Systems has some 20x20 sumps. I'm running one under my new 60 gallon cube. It's certainly not huge but has the space necessary for a filter sock (if you like them), a skimmer, probes, heaters, return dumps and dosing and top off lines. I may or may not ending running a refugium with chaeto but, I think there is enough space to run one.
