Twice now my new 6100 has piveted on it's mount and nearly destroyed corals after several hours of full blast current.
The first time I thought I fixed the problem by following the instructions for the 6200 Page 13 #7 says to use the .31" screw for the 6200 but make no mention of it for a 6100 other than by a picture absent the screw.
The second time, I am back to deciphering the instruction booklet and squinting at the little pictures with tiny screws. And I still don't get it.
Why is the pump piviting? What feature is supposed to stop the pump from piviting?
And even if I did use the screw, it would need a washer to put any force on the swivel joint. The supplied screw and nut pass fully through the circular joint attached to the pump bracket.
Can you help me out here?
Thanks
