Swivel arm

Where can I get a couple more of these? Looks like it' spart # 6080.400.
The top piece that slides into the 6201 and holds it by screw to the tunze. A couple of the clips on mine broke and I need a new one.

You can get it from Tunze.com. Is the pump come off the swivel arm or the swivel arm broke in half? I found the quick way to fix the problem with the pump come off the swivel arm. I use black ziptie to secure the pump into the swivel arm. Work like a champ... :D

Pump off the swivel arm. The little black clips broke off. Not very sturdy for what they are expected to hold are they? Going to do the zip tie until I can get some new ones. Thanks for the info/idea.

It works fine depend with mode you are running. Continuous fast pulsing will result in broken clip on the magnet or pump may come off the swivel arm..

Well, I got the zip tie on so I guess the clip on the magnet will go next:D

Explain continuous fast pulsing?
I'm running 30/100 on an acIII for 8 hrs and 30/75 the other 16hrs.
Seems to put a lot of stress on the clip/swing arm.

What is the duration of the pulsing. If you have it 30-100% every 1.5 sec or shorter it will put a lot of stress into your holder

I don't see many broken arms, the key is to get all 6 tabs into the groove, a lot of times when pumps come back I see people slide them in at an angle so only 2-4 are engaged and the others are above the groove. This would add a lot of stress to the few that are engaged.

Well, I did something wrong. Broke two of the tabs off on one side, the ones closest to the screw hole. No big deal, zip tie is working like a charm until I order some replacements.

Kind of a darned if you do, darned if you don't then. :)
Aquasurf says around 1.2sec to get waves in a 6ft tank.
