Well I thought I had it figured out. Everything was quiet last night. I turned the pump off this morning to see if everything would start back up right and of course it didn't!! If I open gate valve on the full siphon pump then the water in overflow goes below hole in top of elbow. If I close it and water goes above the hole in elbow on full siphon then the bubbles start in open channel. So frustrated!!! Watched a YouTube video and theirs start right up and settles down and everything is quiet. I don't know what else to try
