T-5 Bulbs - Where to buy ATI and UVL Brands

Im lookin for ATI and UVL brand T-5 bulbs. Where can a guy find them the cheapest along with resonable shipping costs? I found a T-5 bulb post on here and really liked the color scheme the guys were getting with certain combinations listed front to back:

ATI Aquablue
ATI Blue Plus
UVL Actinic White
UVL Super Actinic
ATI Blue Plus

I ordered Aqua Science T5's last week, payed for 2 day UPS. They
called me next day to inform me standard 2 day charge was $17.00 over real cost to IL. - Refunded me the difference!!
How many online places would do that.
