I need feed back on providing supplemental lighting on my 90g

Starting SPS
With 2-250 reeflux 10K main lighting icecap ballast

I have an icecap 660 to run my supplemental lighting
3-03 VHO Super Actinic R
2- T-5 with ice cap reflectors
2-54W Super Actinic T5
Or
2-54W Blue Plus T5
Or
1-54W Super Actinic T5
&
1-54W Blue Plus T5
