t% Lighting for Growing Zoos

I was curious what people thought was the best lighting for growing various zoos in a growout tank. Are T-5's sufficient and if so what bulb combination would work best?

If the zoo tank was just a graden of zoos would that alter the lighting choice or would the same light be sufficient with perhaps a different bulb arrangement.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
