T-Shirt Poll Voting

I have been receiving quite a few PMs concerning members not being able to access the SLASH club forum and therefore not being able to access the poll for voting on the T shirt design. I thought that I would try to provide a little background information for all who are not familiar with the differences between the SLASH website and the SLASH club forum.
While there is a link on the SLASH website to the SLASH club forum. the SLASH website and the SLASH club forum are two separate and distinct boards. They DO NOT share a common database so having access to one DOES NOT guarantee access to the other.
The SLASH Website is where you go to see the various weekly LFS specials, photo contest results and other information. For purposes of being able to contact you via email, we have made the requirement that your loginID for the website be your email address. This also helps us keep things straight when members join via Paypal.
The SLASH Club Forum is like our little version of RC where you can make posts, sell items and vote in polls. The reason that our polls are located in the SLASH FORUM is that no one but verified, paid club members is allowed to enter the members only area and therefore we are getting the opinions of ONLY club members. If we were to create a poll on Reef Central, anyone who cares to vote can do so.
If you have not yet registered in our forum I would recommend that you do so in order to access the current and all future polls. Registration is simple and is accomplished by going to the website at www.slashclub.org and selecting "club forum". After being taken to the club forum main page you will then click on "Register" located near the top of the forum. You will then need to enter your registration information. PLEASE NOTE: your loginID for the forum can be anything you wish to make it. You are NOT required to use your email address as your loginID.
Be aware that once you have registered we will need to verify your membership before you will be allowed into the "Members Only" area so there may be a delay of several hours before you are granted full access.
