T5 Bulb Lights, Which is better?

I currently am using 3 ati blue plus, and one KZ fiji purple. I am just wondering if you guys think switching to the geissemanns, 3 BLUE plus and one pink plus would be better? Are they significantly better that I would see a difference in coral color and growth or do you think I would be just waisting my money as there are not much difference? Thanks for all the input.

I think it ultimately depends on your reflectors. I have used the current bulbs and giesemann, but both were in different fixtures. I am getting better results with the giesemann, but I also feel that my tek fixture has a lot to do with it.

I'd stick with the ATI B+ bulbs. ATI has more PAR than Geismans.

I would check the main forum to see what the grim reefer is recommending for 4 bulb configs these days. He was recommending a KZ purple over a UVL 72.25 in 4 bulbs because the PAR is so much higher. the ATI purple + is supposed to be a very similar spectrum and also high PAR (and $10 cheaper), but I don't know if or how he's suggesting them in 4 bulb configurations.

+1 to what Ben says. The par numbers are almost identical but changing to ATI's won't make a difference IMO. Are you only worried about aesthetics, or...? If so, consider LED supplimentation.

Do you know of any places that sell these led light or any good brands? Or do you still have to DIY?
