OK, I have my Sunlight NG (2x250W MH + 4x54W T5) in pieces and its the moment of truth. After entirely disassembling the unit - each pair of T5's is powered by Workhorse 5 ballasts. It doesn't seem like it would be difficult to rewire it using an IC660 ballast, just splicing wires and following the IC wiring diagrams. I'm just wondering if its really worth it. I know that T5's off of a 660 is the way to go, I was running 4x24W off of a 660 and the light was intense.
Any ideas? I looked at some threads but they are so long.
Thanks much. I am taking pix of the entire process and document it if I decide to go further with it.
Thanks,
David
