T5 PAR data- where is it coming from?

It seems the T5 debate will be a great long term battle, but I am frequently hearing many people make claims as to the effectiveness of the T5, and measurements of PAR. Some of these actually have comparisons to MH PAR. Where is this data from? Is it publicized anywhere where I, or anyone else can read it? I assume these PAR reading were done one identical sets of conditions. I would like to research this more, and am calling on those who have made the claim that T5 outperform MH (or similar) as to where I can look to find this info.

Do a search in the lighting forum, Squidd posted alot of data a while back on T5 par ratings from different companies

good grief! Ive got some surfing to do. I am looking for a controlled "experiment" where the variables are as numerous as the options. For example, T5 with no reflector, community reflector, individual reflector, ballasts, bulbs, height, etc. Same with different MH bulbs. And all over identical sets of water. This is the only true way to compare these, but perhaps I am asking too much.
